GEI South Africa: Global Mental Health (Summer II) 

Program Overview
This 4-week practicum immerses students in mental health projects supporting underserved communities in South Africa. You'll collaborate with organizations focused on trauma recovery, youth mental health, stigma reduction, or psychosocial support - always within your scope of training and guided by ethical standards.

  • Gain hands-on experience in advocacy, outreach, or care coordination
  • Participate in weekly supervision and peer reflection sessions
  • Strengthen your readiness for graduate study or careers in global mental health
