Summer at Universidad del Norte

Soak up the coastal energy of Barranquilla while studying at Universidad del Norte, a top Colombian university known for its strong academics and ABET-accredited engineering programs.

Program highlights

  • Take business and engineering courses in English or choose from a variety of business, STEM, and elective courses taught in Spanish if you're an advanced Spanish speaker

  • Pursue an optional independent research projectin either English or Spanish

  • Get access to on-campus amenities like computer labs, study halls, gaming rooms, cafeterias and restaurants, a library, and athletic facilities

  • The city's central location between historic Cartagena and relaxed Santa Marta give you easy access to social activities and the chance to explore the Caribbean coast's natural beauty
