Take your passion for healthcare to the next level in Crete! Pharmacy internships offer an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in dynamic, customer-focused environments. Experienced Pharmacists and Assistant Pharmacists provide guidance to interns, who can assist clients, support daily operations, and deepen their understanding of key pharmacy practices.
This program ranges from 2 - 12 weeks and has start dates every Monday throughout the year.

Eligibility Requirements
Pharmacy internships in Crete are suitable for students and recent graduates with at least one year of relevant experience. The internship accepts students in fields such as Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, etc.
This internship is conducted in English. However, interns should expect that a language barrier can still be encountered to a certain extent.
Internship Details
Pharmacy internships in Crete provide opportunities for students and young professionals to assist within a customer service capacity, under the supervision of a Pharmacist and/or Assistant Pharmacist. Come prepared to assist with support for clients and learn from professionals concerning their processes for medication preparation, inventory management, and other operations tasks within their role.
Pharmacy interns gain resume-building experience alongside professional pharmacists, learning the intricacies of medication dispensation in accordance with medical prescriptions. Enhance customer service skills by assisting with retail inquiries, offering guidance on over-the-counter medications, and providing essential support to customers seeking advice and solutions.
This combination of hands-on learning and customer interaction will not only expand your understanding of pharmacy operations but also equip you with the expertise to provide top-notch care and service to those in need.
Greek or other foreign languages are not a requirement to join. However, interns should expect that a language barrier can still be encountered to a certain extent. Come prepared and willing to surmount a language barrier (and ask for help when needed), as opposed to being intimidated by it.
Interns should expect that the first week of your experience will focus on settling in and gaining some introductory knowledge, to build an understanding of what you can develop, learn, and contribute. Interns are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback, so that your supervisor(s) understands how you’re progressing and can assist to develop your internship accordingly.
Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, up to 8 hours per day.

Pay your Balance: This is due 60 days before your program starts.
