Spend Spring (semester) or Summer 2026 in historic Florence, Italy with Authentica! Experience Italy's leadership in sustainability, from the Slow Food movement to renewable energy, circular economy, and smart city initiatives, while exploring challenges like over-tourism and regional disparities. Engage directly through hands-on coursework, co-curricular experiences, and professional development opportunities.

Explore SDG-related issues on field visits and participate in workshops, seminars, volunteering, and networking events focused on sustainable business and professional skills. Live in a shared apartment or student residence and dive into Florence's culture with:

  • Guided visits to major museums
  • Market tours and cooking classes
  • Basic Italian lessons
  • Welcome and farewell dinners
  • Neighborhood walking orientations
  • One-day excursion to nearby towns
  • Two weekly co-curricular activities

SCALE Scholars Program

SCALE (Sustainability Champions Abroad Learning Experience) Scholars Program is a merit-based scholarship program.

4-Tier Award Structure

  • Summit Scholar: 100% program fee coverage
  • Catalyst Scholar: 50% program fee coverage
  • Momentum Scholar: 25% program fee coverage
  • Spark Scholar: $100–$200 program credit

JetSet Flight Credit Program

The JetSet Flight Credit Program is a limited-time early application incentive.

  • Spring 2026 Programs:
    • Tier 1 (Sept 1–30, 2025): $1,000 flight credit
    • Tier 2 (Oct 1–31, 2025): $750 flight credit
    • Tier 3 (Nov 1–30, 2025): $500 flight credit
  • Summer 2026 Programs:
    • Early Bird (Sept 1–Dec 31, 2025): $500 flight credit
