While this small country punches above its weight in rugby and soccer internationally, Ireland’s homegrown sports of hurling and Gaelic football are defining elements of its national identity and culture. With faculty specialized in sports management, marketing and operations, Ireland is the ideal location to learn the ropes and kickstart a future career in a sports-related field. Students can look forward to exploring the role of sports in Irish culture and identity; understanding the theories, concepts, and skills needed to manage commercial and community sports; and stepping onto the pitch for unforgettable experiences learning Irish sports from professional players.

The CEA CAPA Dublin Center has a focus on active learning that takes you out of the classroom and into the city, where you'll enjoy first-hand encounters with local culture. This compelling, interactive learning environment offers courses in a variety of subject areas characterized by global perspective, small class sizes, and experienced faculty.
