Program Overview

Your CIEE Summer Intern and Study Abroad program in Buenos Aires lasts 6 weeks and features three key components: A part-time internship with an international organization (15-20 hours per week), an internship seminar, and a 3-credit academic course taught by CIEE faculty or online through CIEE’s global academic partner, ASU. Enhance your experience with cultural and extracurricular activities while building career skills, expanding your professional network, and immersing yourself in Argentine culture.   • Participate in an empanada-making workshop to learn the art of crafting traditional Argentine cuisine
  • Take a historic walking tour of iconic neighborhoods to explore the city's unique architecture and stories
  • Take a boat trip to the Tigre Delta, exploring its unique waterways and enjoying lunch on one of the islands
