All interns in Bali are conveniently accommodated in the desirable touristic areas of the island. Specific accommodation arrangements are made, taking into consideration the location of assigned internship placements, to ensure that any commute time for interns is as minimal as convenient as possible. The internship accommodation is designed to offer proximity to the various amenities of Bali, such as shopping, cafes, restaurants, wellness studios, tourism operators, and more.

Real Estate interns in Bali should come prepared with some interest in marketing and sales, and a keenness to develop experience related to this. Whether you’re interested in providing customer service, tracking leads, developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns, real estate is a career field which brings together talent and creativity from diverse disciplines.

Internship placements are customized. To receive your placement (once you have confirmed your participation), you’ll be asked to provide a copy of your resume and a cover letter. All interns are matched to a suitable placement within the Real Estate Management industry, considering your chosen internship duration, skills, study background, and previous experience level. Come with an open mind and willingness to contribute to different tasks, depending on project priorities. Real Estate Management interns collaborate with their supervisors across a range of daily tasks and company objectives. Examples of such activities can include:
  • Listing properties online
  • Sourcing new properties
  • Researching market segmentation
  • Conducting property valuation reports
  • Assisting with online marketing campaigns
  • Learning about price negotiation
  • Assisting with contract management and the creation of leasehold agreements
  • Learning how to calculate returns
Interns are encouraged to ask as many questions as they can and to always ask for guidance on more things to help out with, when any other tasks have been completed. This proactive approach will help you to become more integrated within your placement. An open mind, commitment and enthusiasm to learning is essential.
