Program Information

On this program, you will collaborate with the financial department’s daily tasks, help to manage project operations, prepare financial reports and conduct financial analysis. This internship offers a broad scope of exciting placement opportunities in different industry fields such as business, communications, real estate, tax, and labor consultancy.

Interns in Barcelona and Madrid will be accommodated in fully furnished apartments or selected hotel / hostel rooms.

In Valencia, you'll stay in a homestay with a local family.

This program ranges from 4-12 weeks (2-24 weeks in Valencia) and has start dates every Monday throughout the year.

Eligibility Requirements

At least one year of relevant college/university study in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is recommended.
 
Internship Details

This is an internship that is designed to suit you. There is a broad portfolio of placements available on this Finance Internship in Spain, offering scope for you to be ideally matched to a unique opportunity that suits your interests, motivations, and skills.

Placements are available in sports centers, consulting firms, tech companies, tourism businesses, and even at professional soccer/football teams. Interns are able to request a placement in a particular industry or express a preference for the type of work you want to be involved in. However, these are subject to availability.

Due to the breadth of possible placements, the nature of interns duties can vary greatly. General duties can include (but may not be limited to):
  • Analyzing financial data
  • Financial report writing
  • Writing investment proposals
  • Producing tax documents
  • Reporting on financial markets
  • Managing financial project operations

  • Select your start date and duration: All Intern Abroad HQ programs are available year-round and you can choose to intern for durations on this program ranging from 2 to 24 weeks.
  • Complete your registration: After you have been accepted on your chosen program, you can secure your place by paying the Deposit.
  • Pay your Balance: This is only due 60 days before your program starts.

Need to make changes to your booking? You can make free unlimited changes to your destination, project and dates up until 60 days before you start.
