Program Information
On this program, you will gain insight into how businesses are run, and gain experience developing and implementing growth strategies. Internships are personalized for you, with placements available in private and NGO sectors, across commerce, health, real estate, sports, tech, tourism, start-up companies, and more.
Interns in Barcelona and Madrid will be accommodated in fully furnished apartments or selected hotel / hostel rooms.
In Valencia, you'll stay in a homestay with a local family.
This program ranges from 4-12 weeks (2-24 weeks in Valencia) and has
start dates every Monday throughout the year.

Eligibility Requirements
At least one year of study in Business, Commerce or a related field is recommended.
Internship Details
These are highly customized Business Development Internships. This means your internship is unique to you, your skills, level of experience, interests, and goals. Interns are matched to engaging placements, where experienced supervisors are prepared to provide guidance, as well as meaningful tasks and objectives.
Interns are placed in innovative small to medium sized enterprises, and can work in a range of different ways to help your placement company to achieve its business targets. This can include assisting with international expansion projects, researching new local or international opportunities, improving customer service, identifying market needs, and providing strategic direction. The diverse opportunities are spread across a number of industries, such as commerce, health, real estate, sports, tech, tourism, start-up companies, and more. Academic credit is available for all experiences with 45 hours or more through our School of Record partnerships with University of Montana (1-5 credits) and Warren Wilson College (6-16 credits), that you can apply towards your degree at your home institution.

How to Apply

- Select your start date and duration: All Intern Abroad HQ programs are available year-round and you can choose to intern for durations on this program ranging from 2 to 24 weeks.
- Complete your registration: After you have been accepted on your chosen program, you can secure your place by paying the Deposit.
- Pay your Balance: This is only due 60 days before your program starts.
