Program Description:

Teaching Jordan
Join International Volunteer HQ, the world’s leading volunteer travel organization, on the Teaching Volunteer Program in Jordan.

You will assist in learning centers designed to help disadvantaged students. These students often come from youth homes and challenging circumstances and need education that will help them grow, develop and look forward to their futures. Volunteers help by teaching English and providing essential support that can open many doors and a world of possibilities for these students.

You’ll be hosted in a homestay where you’ll live with a local family. It is an exciting chance to learn the Jordanian way of life, meet local people, eat local food, speak the local language and engage in local customs and traditions.

Programs start every first and third Saturday of the month throughout the year.

This program ranges from 1-12 weeks. Your fully-hosted experience includes airport pick-up, orientation, accommodation, meals and 24/7 support. Detailed pricing information for your duration is available on our website.
