Program Overview

Participants gain valuable international experience while helping Peruvian organizations reach their goals. Our interns have the unique opportunity to experience authentic Peruvian life and work directly with the local people in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Based on your learning objectives, your university requirements, and the local host organization’s goals, we design a customized internship or volunteer experience for you in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We arrange internships for all majors.


Destination
We are based in the town of Urubamba in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Urubamba is located about one hour away from the city of Cusco and very close to the train station to Machu Picchu. We are based in the Andes mountains surrounded by the fascinating Andean culture, Incan ruins and beautiful landscapes. 

Dates & Duration
Participants can stay for a minimum of 2 weeks or up to 6 months. Our group dates take place during the Winter Break, January Term and Summer sessions. Pricing varies according to the length of stay.
