Program Overview

Your Summer Communications, New Media + Journalism program in Prague lasts 4 weeks (or up to 12 weeks) and is designed for students majoring in communications, marketing, and journalism. Visit historic sites like Prague Castle and Old Town Square, where centuries of culture and history come to life
Venture beyond Prague to towns like Kutná Hora and Ceský Krumlov, known for their well-preserved Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture
Hike through breathtaking rock formations or admire the silhouette of Prague Castle from paddle boats on the Vltava River

Academics

CIEE Prague: Study in the Vyšehrad neighborhood of Prague, situated in a beautiful park-like setting only 25 minutes from the city's famous Old Town Square. CIEE Prague features 10 classrooms, a student lounge, a student life office, a library, a study space, a café, and an outdoor space.

GAIN Travel Grants - Up to $1,500 toward travel costs guaranteed to students with a FAFSA SAI of $10,000 or less. Higher should still apply!

Gilman Go Global Grants - Up to $2,500/semester, $1,500/quarter, and $1,000 guaranteed to Benjamin A Gilman International Scholarship applicants.

Merit-Based Scholarships - Up to $2,500/semester, $1,500/quarter, and $750/summer awarded to students deomonstrating high academic achievement.
