If you are looking for a truly inspirational, scenic campus with excellent student satisfaction ratings and top academics then the University of Stirling could be for you. Located directly below the Ochil Hills and the National Wallace Monument, Stirling is a stone’s throw from the Trossachs Hills and Trossachs National Park, the setting for the movie Rob Roy, and encompasses Airthrey Loch and Airthrey Castle. It is a modern university though, built in 1967, and is only a short bus ride away from the town of Stirling, known as the heart of central Scotland.

Study abroad at the University of Stirling offers excellent, flexible academic programs. St Andrews boasts a five-star overall QS Rating and five-star ratings in many academic disciplines. Courses in the environmental sciences, ecology, environmental education, marine biology, and marine science, as well as in Scottish studies, film and media studies, communication, and psychology are popular among students. In fact, psychology has earned a rating of "excellence" in recent (RTE) rankings. Known for its groundbreaking and current research, including on the wider impacts of the COVID-19 epidemic, the University of Stirling maintains robust research interests in areas that are interdisciplinary in scope, including Cultures, Communities, and Society; Global Security and Resilience; and Well-being and Society.

NEW Early Start, Spring Friendly Option! 
This program operates under a 1 + 3-course model. You’ll take a full credit load of 16 US credits (24 units): one intensive 4-credit (6-unit) course for 3-4 weeks followed by three 4-credit (6-unit) courses during Semester One. You have the option to add an Arcadia+ option to your program with an Internship placement and Cornerstone course arranged by Arcadia.
